Nilbanter members have formed a separate band - Area40 - which will concentrate on their original material and promote their original songs only. Nilbanter will continue to operate as a covers band for selected venues and functions.

Nilbanter have recently played with the superb electric violinist Wendy Ross. More to be seen from Wendy at forthcoming gigs including the KWVR beer festival on Oct 22nd.
Members of Nilbanter are soon to form a NEW BAND ...name not yet sorted ! The plan is to continue Nilbanter as a covers band project only, with the new look band concentrating on our ORIGINAL music only. More info to follow.
